Alexandre est psychiatre, chef du service addictologie du CHU de Rouen. Shianne est aussi psychiatre, elle dirige un centre de soins dans l’Ohio où elle pratique une médecine traditionnelle issue des savoirs ancestraux de sa tribu Amérindienne, les Senecas.
A la faveur d’une rencontre organisée au CHU de Rouen, une connexion va s’établir. Ce film retrace l’histoire de cette rencontre improbable entre une médecine occidentale et une médecine Amérindienne.

Alexandre is a psychiatrist and head of the addiction department at Rouen University Hospital. Shianne is also a psychiatrist; she runs a treatment center in Ohio where she practices traditional medicine rooted in the ancestral knowledge of her Native American tribe, the Seneca.
Thanks to a meeting organized at Rouen University Hospital, a connection is formed. This film traces the story of this unlikely encounter between Western medicine and Native American medicine.
